Publix savings

I decided to go to Publix because they had their Idahoan potatoes B1G1F and there are $0.40/1 coupons making them FREE+overage. I also had a $5/$30 purchase that had to be used before Thanksgiving and I won't be here so...anyhowe, I got 9 packages of Idahoan potatoes, 2 packages of 72-count plates, 1 package of 6-count Yobaby yogurt, 1 Reynolds 2 pack Oven bags, 2 Ziplock 3-count containers, 2 Knorr sides, 1 Uncle Bens Rice, 1 Ritz crackers, and 2 Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. I paid $12.25 and saved $37.89!! That's a savings of 75%!!! I love coupons!!

Sad news

Target has some great new coupons available HERE! On a sad note, they are starting to only allow you to print TWO copies per computer and they will ONLY be available on the Target website. So no more printing from Organic Grocery Deals...I'm so sad!! I bet this is my fault from where I went and got 20 free bars of Buddies soap and 30 free bowls of cereal. Sorry everyone. :(

Today's savings

Publix was giving away giftbaskets to the first 50 moms. Of course I was there!!

Here's everything that was in the giftbasket!! Foaming Milk bath, a 2-pack bar of sensitive skin beauty soap, cocoa butter lotion, deodorant, Glade candle, and a bath buffer. All FREE just for showing up!!

Today is the last day for the Beech-Nut promotion at Bi-Lo so I had to go back one more time. I got 30 jars of babyfood, 4 rice cereals, 2 yogurt snacks and 1 wafer snack. I paid $13.67 and saved $21.46!! And I have $61.69 on my fuel perks card!! So I can start saving $0.05 off per gallon of gas!! Soon enough, I'll be saving $0.10 off per gallon!!

Publix savings

I got 40 jars of Beech-Nut Stage 2 baby food($0.13 each), 2 jars of Beech-Nut stage 3($0.09 each), 1 Beech-Nut Oatmeal cereal w/fruit(FREE) and 1 pack of hotdogs(penny item). I paid $5.60 and saved $22.03!! That's a savings of about 80%!!!

I'm back

Ok, so I've been kinda lazy lately and haven't posted any of my savings. I didn't take pictures of my purchases, sorry folks. I've done quite a bit of shopping though.

At Bi-Lo, I got 2 Beech-Nut Mini meals, 10 jars of Beech-Nut baby food, 1 box Beech-Nut Banana cookies, 2 boxes Beech-Nut 7 grain cookies, 3 Beech-Nut Tummy time meals, 3 Kraft cheese, and 4 gallons of milk. I paid $14.60 and saved $25.66!!

At Food Lion, I got 2 loaves of bread, 5lbs of crablegs, 20lbs of fresh chicken leg quarters, 6 1/2lbs of bottom round roast, and 6lbs of pork chops. I paid $48.43 and saved $58.60!!

At Target, I took advantage of the Glade sale. I bought 5 Glade holiday tins and 5 Glade holiday refills. I paid 3.55(I should have paid $6.05 but she scanned one of my coupons twice, I'm going back and giving them $2.50) and got 2 $5 giftcards back plus I'm mailing in 3 rebates to get $15 back!! MONEY MAKER!!! And on my reciept, it says I saved $32.50!!

I went to Toy"R"Us and bought the new Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2 and got a $20 giftcard!! I'm using that giftcard to purchase NFL Madden10, it's on sale there for $49.99. Everytime I go there though, they're out of stock. Hopefully it'll be in before the sale ends.

At Wal-Mart, I got 2 XBOX360; I paid $425.86 and got back 2 $100 giftcards making my XBOX360's $112.93each!!(I'm including tax) I also got 2 Glade soy candles(FREE + overage of $1) and 1 Parent's Choice bottle liner refills($5.92) for $5.75. Of course I used my giftcard. I've been using my giftcards for gas and it's been saving me about $0.08 gal because Wal-Mart gas is about $0.05 gal cheaper than everywhere else and if you use a Wal-Mart giftcard, you get an extra $0.03 off a gallon.

I went back to Target today because of the awesome deal I heard through Deal Finding Chik, April's savings, and Kerrie Koupon Kueen about the LeapFrog Alphabet Pal. I have been holding on to that Target coupon waiting for a better sale and this is it! I bought it today for the grand total of $0.47!! I took the ad to Target, they priced matched, used the coupon and got an extra $0.05 off for using a reusable bag and with tax...$0.47!!! I think that's the cheapest Christmas present I have ever bought!! Jacob will be soooo happy, I know I am!!

Bi-Lo shopping savings and a review about new Fuel Perks

Bi-Lo is doing a Fuel Perk like Kroger. You can use your card at participating gas stations to get $0.05 off per gallon for every $50 you spend!! You don't have to spend $50 in a single visit; the total is cumulative. So the more you spend, the more discount you get, ex: $200 in groceries=$0.20 off per gallon. But here's the good news, you don't actually have to spend $50 to get $0.05 off per gallon. Here's how...Today I went to Bi-Lo and took advantage of their Beech-Nut promotion where if you spent $15 in Beech-Nut items you get $5 off (Of course, I had lots of Beech-Nut coupons that I could use to get more discounted). I also had to buy a gallon of milk because it was on sale for $1.99. I only paid $5.85 but I have $13.85 on my fuel perks balance. This is because I would have spent $13.85 had I not had used any MFR coupons (store coupons don't count). For those of you that can afford or even have time to go to the movies..make sure to get a Regal card. You can earn credits everytime you buy a ticket or use it at the concessions. You will receive coupons for FREE concessions or even FREE movie tickets. I got a free ticket and a free small popcorn on one visit. Right now they have a promotion, when you buy a ticket to the new movie 2012, you earn 10 credits. And if you buy anything at the concessions, you earn double credits. Here's a coupon for FREE M&M or Skittles with the purchase of a large popcorn and large drink. This will be great if you get the combo. I'm so excited to see 2012!! It looks awesome!! Sucks that I have to pay for a babysitter though. :(

Yippee!!

I went to Target to take advantage of some of the coupons that I found. I wanted to get a few wii games but that didn't work out as I planned. There wasn't that many games that were on sale for $14.99. Oh well. I did get my Tag reading system that I've been wanting to get for Michael Justin. While I was there, armed with my coupons, I saw that the Leap Frog My Pal Scout was on sale for $14.99 from $19.99 and I had a $5 off coupon!! We have a Leap Frog Frog that Kristine bought Michael Justin years ago but it finally croaked on us and Jacob loves to fall asleep to the lullaby part of it. So I tried to find him another one and wouldn't you know, they don't make those anymore!! So when I saw Scout has the same features that the frog had, I had to get it. The Pampers were on sale for $8.99 but I had a Food Lion ad that was selling it for $6.99 so they did a price match. YAH!! Anyways, I paid $38.76 and saved $31.70!! Not quite 50% but I'm still stoked!!

Now, Publix had a grand opening extravanganza. LOL!! I totally missed out!! I didn't know about it, they didn't really advertise it. But when I got there I found out they gave away a free reusable bag full of groceries to the first 25 customers. I was sooo sad...had I have known, I so would have been there!! But they did give me a few things free for showing up late. LOL I got free Sara Lee Bread, free bag closer thing, a recycled pen(it's made out of paper and plastic), and a single carnation. I guess today was Boar's Head day because they had coupons for Boars Head deli stuff. I took advantage of it too. Anyway's I got....1lb of Boars Head Buffalo chicken($1.79),1 Boars Head Deli mustard(FREE), Bananas($1.45), 1 lb of large shrimp($4.94), and 2 Kikkoman soysauce($0.39 each). I paid $9.32 and saved $12.89!! I saved about 58%!!

Another trip to Food Lion

My husband asked me to get some tomatoe sauce so he could make some chilli. Of course, I had some Hunt's coupons that could triple so I had to go back to Food Lion. I got another 1 dozen eggs($0.39), 4 Hunt's tomatoe sauce($0.19 each), 4 Progressive broth(FREE), 3 jars of Gerber baby food(FREE + overage $0.29), and 2 Starkist Tuna Salad(FREE).
I paid $1.05 and saved $19.74!! YAH!! I saved about 95%!!

Food Lion savings

My coupon for $1 off eggs expies today so I went to Food Lion to pick those up. Today is also the last day for tripling coupons and I did find a couple in Sunday's paper, like the $0.50/1 Mt. Olive product and $0.75/1 Dole frozen fruit. I bought 1 dozen large eggs($0.39), 1 Mt. Olive jalepenos($0.79), 1 Dole frozen fruit($0.99), and 3 jars of Gerber baby food(FREE + overage of $0.29). I paid $2.08 and saved $7.01!! I saved about 77%!!

Target toys coupon book

For those of you trying to find the Target Toys Coupon Book, here is the link to print those coupons out. These are all Target coupons so you can combine them with MFR coupons for even more savings. Unfortunately, they expire before Thanksgiving so you can't use them for the Black Friday sales. I know you were thinking it because I was thinking it too. There is a coupon for $10/2 Wii games and right now, there is a promotion that if you buy 2 Wii games, you get one FREE. Kroger savings

I told myself I wasn't going shopping this week because I didn't need anything but I couldn't pass up FREE Betty Crocker potatoes. I had to buy 10 partipating items to get $5 off which makes everything $0.50 off. So, I bought 2 Betty Crocker Potatoes(FREE + overage of $0.42), 3 Glade Oil candle refills($1.16 each), 1 Air Wick refill($0.99), 1 Air Wick nightlight plug-in(FREE(not included $5/10)), 1 Chex Mix($0.49), 1 Danimals($0.49), 2 Go-Gurts($0.29 each), and Huggies Little swimmers($2.49(clearanced and not included in $5/10)).

I paid $8.64 and saved $30.98!!! I saved about 78%!! Awesome!!
